  1. Hello Siegfried. I admire what you’re doing and followed your blog to give you some support. I like how you’re trying out different forms of fitness. It almost becomes a sort of addiction for me. Like the fitness becomes part of your life and it’s something you just do. All I can do to describe it is it gets to the point where I don’t even classify it as “exercise” and it becomes a part of me like “breathing” and breathing isn’t something I need to tell myself to do 🙂 It’s interesting you picked a martial art to keep fit as it’s unlike the previous forms of fitness you’ve been doing but there’s no denying you’re in the right place to practice it. Good luck on your travels. I would say I hope you find what you’re looking for but I know the journey is more important than the destination. All the best.

I actually have a blog post which I am working at titled “fitness is a lifestyle” which says exactly what you are saying! It is not just a quick fix, 8 minutes this and 7 minutes that, it takes commitment, time and extreme dedication! I just checked your blog and look forward to following it!
